Job Description

PTCL intends to hire individual for the position of Assistant Manager for its collection and credit management team.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparation and issuance of co-location & IRU invoices.
  • Reconciliation of data circuits between opening closing statement and bill register.
  • Monthly recording of dispute register on SAP  
  • Coordination and co-operation with all stake holders.
  • Resolution of customer dispute on daily basis.
