Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW

Manager Managed Services Support is responsible to ensure timely processing of business cases against new business opportunities. Also, it is responsible to maintain close coordination with all WAN/network owners within PTCL for prioritized complaint resolution.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure timely processing of business cases against new business opportunities.
  • Ensure SLA compliance for all Managed Services customers.
  • Ensure pro-active monitoring for all Managed Services customers.
  • Maintain close coordination with all WAN/network owners within PTCL for prioritized complaint resolution.
  • Follow-up and ensure timely resolution of any concerns by 3rd parties without affecting service deliveries.
  • Any Other Projects Assigned by the Supervisor.
