Job Description

Job Overview: Present key analytics (on Human Resources, Admin & Procurement functions) to A&P/HR Leadership; maintain and manage database of all new initiatives; ensure that all projects conform to the agreed timelines and as per agreed quality standards; more focus on increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and systems.


  • Undertake HR Market Intelligence & benchmarking
  • Contribute inHR Strategic Planning Process, Strategy formulation & communication
  • Monitor and assess the implementation of HR strategic initiatives through Balanced Scorecard
  • Identifyandrecommend improvements in the quality of HR processes, policies, systems and structures
  • Establish an internal communication strategy and ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees
  • Design and implement strategic interventions to boost organizational effectiveness
  • Actively participate in enhancing employee engagement and cultural transformation
  • Undertake CSR initiatives for companys image-building
