Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for co-ordination in the preparation of monthly revenue presentation and different analysis for management.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES (Provisional - Where Applicable)
•Processing of all payment of bills / salary / advances / adjustments through SAP.
•Clearance of advances.
•Booking of monthly accruals (Budgeted and non-budgeted).
•Monitoring of FAR and ensuring the updating in coordination with FA wing HQ.
•Reconciliation and variance report of monthly salary, POL, third party payment, courier and L&W.
Monthly Revenue Reporting
•Participate in the preparation of monthly revenue presentation for the management.
•Retrieval & Compilation of revenue related reports from ERP for preparation of MIS.
•Preparation of division wise monthly profitability report.
Other Management Reporting
•Preparation of monthly ARPU analysis of different PSTN revenue streams based on BnCC e-Report data as and when required
•Miscellaneous analysis as required by the management.
•Updating and having record for PTCL Tariffs circular/bulletins.
•Compilation and follow up with other regions for submission of MIS reports to management.
•Sharing of Revenue Data with different Department of PTCL for uniform management reporting.
Any Other Projects Assigned by the Supervisor.
Education: Advanced degree in Finance
