· Facilitate the implementation and delivery of HR initiatives as the key interface in business operation centers in central Zone.
· Develop and improve HR systems and policies in line with best practice
· Support the delivery of HR strategy in line with business objectives
· Support HR initiatives related to talent development, employee engagement, management development, and organizational change
· Works in partnership with the operations teams to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.
· Support improved organizational and people performance in line with business needs
· Provide support to managers on employee relations and HR challenges in line with Company policies and best practice including disciplinary cases, grievances, performance, redundancy and absence management
· Support other roles within the HR team as required.Required Skills
