Job Description

Job overview:

  • Overall custodian of the creative development and marketing strategy for the relevant Brand.
  • Plans and develops communication strategies in a consistent manner in-line with the defined brand image
  • Achieve the targeted brand saliency and make the brand relevant to changing consumer needs

Major Job responsibilities:

  • Establish both short- and long-term strategic marketing plans and programs to achieve company objectives
  • Manage relationships with relevant agencies to get best work output
  • Work with internal stakeholders to define best go-to-market strategies for the products and services including ATL, BTL and other marketing avenues
  • Responsible for development and execution of thematic & tactical campaigns as well as collateral & ensure timely delivery of the same.
  • Lead the agency through proper briefing of projects
  • Monitor Brand Health and develop analysis vis-à-vis competition
  • Ensure Brand guidelines are met for all marketing material developed for internal and external customers
  • Ensure timely approvals from management for projects for better cost management
  • Measure the impact of various marketing campaigns through post campaign analysis
  • Lead the team from the front and guide them for better results.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Knowledge and ability to monitor market trends
  • Should have an understanding of audio visual execution
  • Knowledge and ability to gather relevant, accurate and reliable information to support product teams in their day to day product development and marketing decisions vis-à-vis target audience feedback
  • Demonstrates capability to coordinate with agencies for the development, production and distribution of audio/visual materials as well as other broadcast media materials
  • Should be a team player and enjoys working as part of an energetic marketing team
  • Should be a mature and pro-active candidate and be able to adapt working style to suit internal clients and external vendors
  • Good organizational planning and budgeting skills
  • Strong analytical, written, verbal presentation and interpersonal Skills
