To assist GM IT Governance to oversee and coordinate CUSTOMER’s IT Hub Shared Services environment.
Ensure consistent IT system availability to support the business and network operations (billing platforms, enterprise applications, network infrastructure, etc.)
Manage and monitor the teams that resolve problems.
Required to, manage workloads and prioritize work across the teams.
Develop the service delivery organization within Company.
Ensure transfer of knowledge to other staff to ensure the Customers systems are understood.
Work as a team member within the organization to provide a resilient service to our customers.
Risk management. Risk compliance & coordination.
