Job Description


  • To assist GM IT Governance to oversee and coordinate CUSTOMER’s IT Hub Shared Services environment.
  • Ensure consistent IT system availability to support the business and network operations (billing platforms, enterprise applications, network infrastructure, etc.)
  • Manage and monitor the teams that resolve problems.
  • Required to, manage workloads and prioritize work across the teams.
  • Develop the service delivery organization within Company.
  • Ensure transfer of knowledge to other staff to ensure the Customers systems are understood.
  • Work as a team member within the organization to provide a resilient service to our customers.
  • Risk management. Risk compliance & coordination.
