Job Description


Senior Manager Billing & Revenue is responsible for management of Billing & revenue Systems & transition to operations, analysis and implementation of new tariffs, tax policies and various discount packages in the billing system. Configuration of new switches with respect to charging plans in billing and Updating of number Plans, different mappings, prefixes and range information in the billing system


Requirement Analysis

•       Development and implementation of new billing modules, system or functionalities and change requests

•       Manages project, plan and implement the maintenance and administration of billing & revenue solutions

•       Responsible for analysis of new Tariffs policies, Packages and products and their amendment with respect to implementation in billing system.

•       Develop daily/monthly collection/billed data and reconciliations for operations team

•       Manages reconciliation and posting/realization, banks/branch configuration, bank system integration management, coordination with banks and PTCL departments for development of bank interfaces

Testing and implementation of policies and packages

•       Responsible for configuration, testing and implementation of new test plans, use cases, change requests impact and ensure the accuracy before roll-outs

Implementation of manual interim solutions in billing

•       Preparation of interim solutions in billing, until that becomes part of system.

Trouble Shooting:

•       Supervise, identify and resolve routine operational systems problems

•       Manage the trouble shooting for payment solutions & Apps

End User Support:

•       Ensure the provision of end user support for technical queries

•       Conducting training for end users

•       Guide business end users for system usage


•       Coordinates with business and technical teams

•       Coordinates with  ESS/ BSS & OSS teams


Education: Master degree in Computer Sciences / IT

Expertise: At least 6-8 years of extensive experience in relevant field
