Extensive and in-depth understanding of telecommunication business and technology model.
Extensive experience of planning, building and running telecom BSS/OSS and related platforms.
In-depth understanding of different IT Systems Governance models. Translates business strategies into short, medium and long-term IT requirements. Prepares IT Strategy in line with Governance frameworks.
Leverages business strategies and goals to formulate a set of IT requirements and initiatives.
Conduct Market Research and apply Vision
In-depth skills of technical specifications related to IT infrastructure e.g. enterprise servers, end-user computers, storage devices and systems, hardware and operating systems).
Enables strategic direction of IT and the alignment of IT and the business with respect to services and projects. Ensures that IT is designed to drive maximum business value from IT. Oversee the delivery of value by IT to the business, and assess ROI.
Designs / puts measures in place to ensure that risks have been adequately managed. Includes assessment of the risk aspects of IT investments. Enables IT capability and infrastructure to support current and expected future business requirements.
Reports achievement of strategic IT objectives and impact on business outcomes. Spearheads planning, building and running telecom BSS/OSS and related platforms.
Takes relevant stakeholders in loop while preparing the IT Strategy. Anticipates changes to the technology landscape to tweak strategic interventions
Customer Experience Management, CRM, Business Support Systems, Digital Solutions
TM Forum (eTOM, TAM, SID and Integration Frameworks) and 3GPP PCC & DCC standards up to latest releases.
Strong Business Acumen, market research and innovative mindset.
Strong Integration capabilities using Service Oriented Architecture and Middleware knowledge particularly IBM WebSphere, Oracle AIA & ESB and Tuxedo Transaction server.
Knowledge of Financial Systems particularly SAP ERP.
Bachelor's in Computer Science (Hon's)
5+ year experience in implementing and/or migrating systems like CRM, OCS, Billing and charging/rating for telecommunications operators.
Experience of working with industry leading vendors is preferable.
