Job Description


Undertaking Matters of the Staff of Admin Branch

  • Supervise and prompt disposal of all cases related to the Admn Branch.
  • Ensuring efficiency of the branch and that all orders are carried out promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain close liaison with Regions on compiling reports of different nature.
  • Checking up out-turn diaries of Admn Branch
  • Assign jobs/ tasks to various members of the branch regarding proper maintenance of out- turn diaries.

Management of Biometric Attendance System

  •  Management of centralized Biometric Attendance Server
  • Ensuring Installation of devices and connectivity to server
  • Undertaking field visits on instructions of Line Manager when and where needed
  • Providing hardware functioning reports to Line Manager
  • IT background to check troubleshooting of any errors on software
  • Maintaining communication with Biometric System vendor

 Undertaking Routine Official Tasks/ Duties

  • Disposing of routine cases orders/advice
  • Preparing soft note sheets / projects files and processed to higher management.
  • Ensure that the work flow from various allied offices is executed and on-word submitted under receipt.
  • Preparation of Appraisal Forms and Up-dating Staff Profiles
  • Preparation of appraisal reports of the staff of Admn Branch
  • Collection and recording appraisal forms of Non-Management H/Qs Staff from various allied offices
  • Enhancement of staff profiles according to their seniority, qualification, experience, trainings and skills

Record Keeping

  • Maintaining efficient record of Furniture, Stationary, Conservancy items
  • Keeping accurate record of policy decisions and important files
  • Maintaining record of work flow from different allied offices and to ensure that the works received are submitted to higher authorities well in time.
  • Maintaining record of appraisal forms of the Non-management staff of H/Qs

  • Enhancement of intra-personal skills
