MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring addition of good franchisees and distributors and operational efficiency and ROI of all of them.
  • He will visit the region along with area manager and territory manager according to a visit plan.
  • Leads the regional sales team to achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for all brands according to agreed quality benchmark. The role will lead a team of ASMs and TSMs.
  • Leads the regional team for implementation of sales planning for all ptcl brands. This will focus on making distributors and franchisees more efficient through scientific performance management support.
  • Having good work relationship and coordination with business operation teams (RGMs & BMs) for in time installation and fault rectification.
  • He will be assigned corresponding business operation team with exchange level mapping.
  • He will start the day from a franchise office or an exchange.
  • RGM and GM sales will initiate the mapping process ensure in time updating of mapping in case of any change.
  • Ensures ample stock of all brands with distributors and franchisees for standardized distribution in agreed channels.
  • Ensures that regional and area sales teams are managing territory well according to Trade Marketing strategy and ensuring direct delivery with agreed service level, productivity and controlling out of stock to channel through distributors and franchisees.
  • Ensuring agreed numeric and weighted distribution reach on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Ensure that OSS and Sales centers are managed according to SOPs.
  • Coordinates with trade marketing and channel development tem to ensure 100% compliance of all agreed policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring agreed score in regional and area score cards.
  • Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.
  • Ensure continuous improvement

Requirements:

Education:BBA (Hon's) in Marketing or MBA in Marketing

Experience:Extensive experience in relevant field
