Ensuring direct delivery to channels with agreed service level, productivity and controlling out of stock to channel through distributors and franchisees.
Ensuring agreed numeric and weighted distribution reach on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Ensuring operational efficiency and ROI of all franchisees and distributors.
Ensuring that business partners and their staff is well trained and monitored to deliver assigned jobs efficiently.
Having good work relationship and coordination with business operation teams (ABMs and CSRs) for in time installation and fault rectification.
He should know all CSRs and CPEIs of his assigned area
He will be assigned corresponding business operation team with exchange level mapping.
RGM and GM sales will initiate the mapping process ensure in time updating of mapping in case of any change
Ensuring agreed score in regional and area score cards.
