Job Description

  • Should exactly know total retailers in his dedicated area.
  • He will spend some time in the market with TSM on a daily basis to visit TSM outlets.
  • He will develop new point of sales in his assigned area and ensure product availability.
  •  Having good work relationship and coordination with business operation teams (BMs and ABMs) for in time installation and fault rectification.
  • He should know all CSRs and CPEIs of his assigned area
  • He will be assigned corresponding business operation team with exchange level mapping.
  • RGM and GM sales will initiate the mapping process ensure in time updating of mapping in case of any change.
  • Ensures that in direct area sales team achieves assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for all brands according to agreed quality benchmark. The role will lead a team of TSMs and business partners.
  • Ensures implementation of sales planning for all ptcl brands in the area across all in direct channels. This will focus on making distributors and franchisees more efficient through scientific performance management support.
  • Ensures ample stock of all brands with distributors and franchisees for standardized distribution in agreed in direct channels.
  • Ensures that all territories within area are well managed according to Trade Marketing strategy and ensuring direct delivery to all in direct channels with agreed service level, productivity and control of out of stock to through distributors and franchisees.
  • Ensuring agreed numeric and weighted distribution reach on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Ensuring operational efficiency and ROI of all franchisees and distributors.
  • Ensuring that business partners and their staff is well trained and monitored to deliver assigned jobs efficiently.
  • Ensuring agreed score in regional and area score cards.
  • Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.
  • Ensure continuous improvement


Education: BBA (Hons) in Marketing or MBA in Marketing

Experience: Extensive experience in relevant field
