RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate for billing to
    Interconnect operators as per terms of agreements

  • Maintaining Dispute register on SAP

  • Resolution of customer dispute(s)
    on timely basis

  • Reconciliation of accounts with
    relevant customers

  • Interact with the customers for
    settlement and recovery of PTCL receivables

  • Maintenance of PTCL receivable
    ledger with respect to age analysis

  • Reporting of related party reports
    on monthly basis

  • Maintenance of BGs, prepayments and
    advances from customers where applicable as per the terms of the agreement
