Job Description


  • Manage the operational HR requirements of Technology Function at Regional level.
  • Implement all HR initiatives & projects in the Region.
  • Manage employee data & act¬†as a POC for all HR policies, employee development projects & related matters for the Regional employees.


  • Facilitate the implementation and delivery of HR initiatives as the key interface in Business Operation Centers.
  • Develop and improve HR systems and policies in line with best practices
  • Support the delivery of HR strategy in line with business objectives
  • Support HR initiatives related to talent development, employee engagement, management development, and organizational change
  • Collaborate¬†with the Operations team to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.
  • Support improved organizational and people performance in line with business needs.
  • Provide support to Managers on employee relations and HR challenges in line with Company policies and best practice including disciplinary cases, grievances, performance, redundancy and absence management
  • Support other roles within the HR team as required.
