Manage the operational HR requirements of Technology Function at Regional level.
Implement all HR initiatives & projects in the Region.
Manage employee data & act as a POC for all HR policies, employee development projects & related matters for the Regional employees.
Facilitate the implementation and delivery of HR initiatives as the key interface in Business Operation Centers.
Develop and improve HR systems and policies in line with best practices
Support the delivery of HR strategy in line with business objectives
Support HR initiatives related to talent development, employee engagement, management development, and organizational change
Collaborate with the Operations team to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.
Support improved organizational and people performance in line with business needs.
Provide support to Managers on employee relations and HR challenges in line with Company policies and best practice including disciplinary cases, grievances, performance, redundancy and absence management
Support other roles within the HR team as required.
