Manager Purchase Finance is responsible for providing support function to procurement wing through, commercial evaluation, commercial vetting, analysis and other supportive activities in the area of financ
•Vetting of RFPs/RFQs/Tender documents. This includes checking of all commercial clauses
Evaluation of commercial bids
•Calculate duties and taxes in case of CFR prices
•Analysis of price composition of Equipment, Services, Civil Works, Training & Maintenance etc.
•Loading / off-loading for at par comparison of different bids
•Price comparison with previous Contracts/tenders
•Determining lowest bid price (Price ranking)
Participation in Price negotiations
•Provide working/basis for price negotiations
•Negotiate with vendor on the basis of logics and references Address non compliances
•Negotiate contracts (commercial) terms and conditions
•Supervise evaluation of revised bids after price negotiations
Vetting draft Contracts
•Check Price Schedule/BOQs
•Check the working for calculating final price
•Check the commercial clauses.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
Undertake performance management
•Monitor and evaluate reporting employees.
